Capt. William A. Morgan is assistant professor of Aerospace Studies and Recruiting Officer, Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps, Detachment 645, The Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio. He recruits, trains, motivates and counsels young men and women as prospective Air Force Officers. He also promotes Air Force career opportunities to university and high school students, faculty, parents and administrators. Additionally, he instructs college courses, developing and educating cadets on the foundations of the U.S. Air Force.
Capt. Morgan was commissioned following graduation from Mississippi State University, Starkville, Mississippi in 2013. In 2014, he began his Air Force career as an intelligence officer at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia where he gained extensive experience working in intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance operations. Morgan has continued to serve in a variety of leadership roles within the Air Combat Command and National Air and Space Intelligence Center, including standing up a new office responsible for coordinating reporting of global events, and leading flights conducting geospatial intelligence exploitation as well as research and development.
